Silvia Dello Russo holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. She is a Lecturer and current coordinator of the specialization course in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour within the PhD in Management program at ISCTE Business School (Iscte-iul, Lisbon).
