Sigrid Netherer

Sigrid Netherer is an Associate Professor at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, specializing in Forest Entomology, Forest Pathology, and Forest Protection. Her research focuses on the interactions between forest ecosystems and insect herbivores, particularly the Eurasian spruce bark beetle (Ips typographus), under climate change stressors.
