Research focuses on music education's sociocultural intersections, particularly examining cultural diversity dynamics, informal learning contexts like community music and festivals, and systemic gentrification effects. Her work critically analyzes how pedagogical frameworks interact with identity, power structures, and accessibility in musical practice.

These projects demonstrate sustained commitment to inclusive music education frameworks across Nordic and international contexts.
She operates within the CERM research environment, collaborating on intercultural teacher development initiatives spanning Finland, Israel, and Nepal through networked academic partnerships.
