Siang Yang Veronica Eng

Siang Yang Veronica Eng is a Practice Professor (Part-time) in the Department of Finance at the National University of Singapore Business School, appointed on January 1, 2022. She concurrently serves as an independent Non-Executive Director of Eastspring Investments Group and a member of Temasek Trust Investment Committee, having previously held the same role at Keppel Corporation until April 2024.

With over 30 years of executive experience as Founding Partner of Permira—a global private equity firm—Ms. Eng brings deep industry expertise to her academic role, having served on Permira's board and Executive Committee, chaired its Investment Committee, and overseen firm-wide risk management and Asia operations. Her research and teaching exclusively center on Private Equity, leveraging firsthand knowledge of cross-sector investments and fund management across global geographies.
