Dr. Shunji Mei serves as a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Adelaide's Adelaide Business School within the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. He is affiliated with the Finance and Banking department and maintains an active research profile while being eligible to supervise Masters and PhD candidates.
His research program focuses on corporate finance with specialized expertise in corporate innovation processes, executive compensation structures, financial technology applications, and mutual fund operations. Dr. Mei's scholarly work bridges theoretical finance frameworks with practical corporate governance challenges, examining how firms innovate and design incentive systems for management teams.
