Shubha Kamala Prasad

Shubha Kamala Prasad is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Hertie School in Berlin, Germany. Her research focuses on domestic sources of foreign policy, including substate conflict and diaspora mobilization. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Georgetown University (2020), an MPhil and MA in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi), and was a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow at the European University Institute (2020–2022). Her work also includes organizing Track II Dialogues between India and Pakistan to foster diplomatic engagement.
