Dr. Shuangge Wen is an Associate Professor in Law at Swansea University's Law School and serves as a visiting professor. Prior to joining Swansea in 2011, he was a lecturer at the University of Liverpool (promoted to senior lecturer in 2013) and held a teaching position at Jilin University from 2014. He completed his PhD in Company Law at the University of Manchester, focusing on corporate purposes. His research spans corporate governance, business ethics, and socio-economic contexts in legal frameworks, with a particular emphasis on China's corporate law environment.
