Shuang Ren is a Professor in the Organisation, Work and Leadership (OWL) department at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast. She serves as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Her research focuses on the intersection of sustainability, human resource management, and leadership, employing qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches. She teaches at undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education levels.
