Shpresa Syla

Shpresa Syla is an Associate Professor of Economy and Applied Statistics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University (SEEU) in Tetovo, North Macedonia. Her research focuses on economics, statistics, strategic management, and organizational behavior.

She has published extensively on topics such as strategic management practices in Kosovo, employer branding through social media, customer commitment in banking, and green HR initiatives. Her work spans applied statistics, economic growth, and digital transformation in both academic and corporate contexts.

Recent publications include studies on e-commerce during the pandemic, sustainable tourism practices, and statistical analyses of employment trends. She has held academic positions continuously since 2013, transitioning from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor in 2019.
