Shiya Cao

Shiya Cao is the MassMutual Assistant Professor of Statistical and Data Sciences at Smith College. Her work focuses on disability inclusion and broader social inclusion through quantitative, qualitative, and design science methods. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. from North China Electric Power University.
