Dr. Shirley Kempeneer is a Professor and holder of the LAMMP Chair in Behavioral Insights in Real Estate at Antwerp Management School, University of Antwerp. She is also a lecturer in Public Administration at Tilburg University. Her expertise spans behavioral sciences, public management, and real estate sustainability. She focuses on financial regulation, data-driven nudges, ESG taxonomy, and hybrid work environments. Recognized internationally, she won the G.A. van Poelje-prijs and presents at global conferences. Her research addresses social and ecological well-being, including EU sustainability policies and the future of work.
