Shinichiro Ishihara

Shinichiro Ishihara is a Senior Lecturer and Manager of Research and Research Education at the Centre for Languages and Literature, Lund University. His research focuses on the syntax–phonology interface and information structure in Japanese and other languages.

His recent work explores trends in intonational phonology, syntactic processing, and prosody across languages. Key subfields include Tokyo Japanese, word order, and clause boundaries.
