Shin-Yi Chou is a Professor at Lehigh University and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). Her research focuses on health economics and applied econometrics, with recent interests in health insurance, child health, parental education, hospital competition, and consumer welfare. She teaches graduate courses such as Health Economics II and Applied Microeconomics.
