Shima Abadi

Shima Abadi is an Associate Professor at the University of Washington, affiliated with the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics. Her research focuses on acoustical oceanography, particularly wave propagation and energy interaction with the ocean bottom, alongside applications in underwater acoustics, array signal processing, and marine mammal bioacoustics.
