Shiho Rose is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Daffodil Centre, part of the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. Her research focuses on lung cancer stigma, tobacco control, and modifiable risk factors for cancer, with a strong emphasis on psycho-oncology and behavioral sciences.

- Stigma experiences in lung cancer patients
- Psychosocial impact of cancer diagnosis
- E-cigarette awareness and prevention in Australian teens
- Public health strategies for tobacco and vaping control
Current Projects:
- Generation Vape – a national Australian study on vaping attitudes among teens, parents, and young adults
Academic Contributions include publications on lung cancer stigma, vaping policies, and digital health interventions. Her work spans qualitative, mixed-methods, and longitudinal studies, with affiliations to cancer policy evaluation initiatives. She engages with the Daffodil Centre, a collaboration between Cancer Council NSW and the University of Sydney.
