Dr. Shi-Jie Cao is a full Professor and Director of the Center for Sustainable Built Environment (CSBE) at Southeast University. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Global Centre for Clean Air Research (GCARE), University of Surrey, and Osaka Prefecture University. Dr. Cao pioneered the multi-disciplinary field of Sustainable Built Environment Systems in China, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)</>.
