Sherrie L. Brann is a Lecturer at the University of Maine at Augusta (UMA) and Coordinator of the ATLaS Scholars program. She teaches courses such as COL 100 Introduction to the College Experience and COL 123 Learning and the College Community, alongside conducting workshops in economic literacy and career development. Prior to her role at UMA, she worked as a 7-12 English teacher and has specialized in workforce development through New Ventures Maine. Sherrie also provides online instruction in English and U.S. History for Multilingual Learners in Taiwan.

- B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Education – University of Maine
Her research interests bridge education, technology, and cultural responsiveness, focusing on student success strategies, economic empowerment, and holistic learning approaches. She integrates mindfulness practices into her teaching through yoga instruction, having completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and participated in international yoga retreats.
