Sheri Slezak

Sheri Slezak is a Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery. She holds administrative roles as Division Head of Plastic Surgery and Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs.

• Education: MD from Harvard Medical School (1980) and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (1986)
• Training: Residencies at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center (1985) and Johns Hopkins Hospital (1989), Fellowship in Immunology at Johns Hopkins (1986)

Her clinical expertise includes breast asymmetries, breast implants, breast reduction, and cancer reconstruction. She is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (1991) and affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical Center and UM Faculty Physicians, Inc.
