Sheng Mian Matthew Lim is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director of the Clinical Programme at the Department of Psychology, National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds qualifications including a D.Phil from Oxford University, a D.Clin.Psy from University College London (UCL), and a B.Soc.Sci (Hons) from NUS. His research focuses on cognitive and emotion regulation vulnerabilities for psychopathology, particularly depression and anxiety in adolescents and young adults.

Matthew serves as Continuing Education and Training Coordinator, integrating third-wave meditative practices with behavioral, cognitive, and systemic approaches in clinical and consultancy work.
