Shelley Viskovich

Dr. Shelley Viskovich is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Psychology, The University of Queensland (UQ), with a focus on mental health promotion and digital interventions. Her work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address self-care, mindfulness, and wellbeing in university students, particularly from LGBTQIA+ communities.
