Shefali Roy is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She teaches courses on startups, organizational behavior, ethics, leadership, and decentralized finance. Her professional background includes roles as Founding Partner of SDR Capital (a venture fund focusing on women and diverse entrepreneurs in FinTech), COO/CCO of TrueLayer, CCO at Stripe, and leadership positions at Apple, Christie's, and Goldman Sachs. She serves on the board of Tyro (ASX: TYR) and previously on the Maker Foundation board.
