Sheba Luke

Sheba Luke is an Associate Professor and MSN Program Director at the School of Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She holds advanced certifications including Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Nurse Executive Advanced Certification (NEA-BC).

• Education: DNP in Nursing from UTMB, MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from UTMB, BSN from University of Texas, Austin

Her research focuses on innovative nursing education, particularly through telehealth, clinical simulation, and interprofessional training. She has pioneered virtual clinical evaluation methods and competency-based case study frameworks.

She has received multiple awards including the 2023 Texas Nurse Practitioners NP Educator Award, 2022 Nursing Excellence Bronze Medal, and 2010 CHAMPS Award for clinical excellence.
