Shayne Baker

Dr. Shayne Baker is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), affiliated with the School of Humanities and Communication. He holds qualifications including a BEd, MEd, and DPStPubWrks from USQ. His research focuses on Vocational Education and Training (VET), Work-based Learning, Management in Not-for-Profit Organizations, and Water Safety. He has over 20 years of teaching experience, primarily in the VET sector, including roles as a TAFE Director and Principal of Brisbane School of Distance Education. Currently, he also serves as a Director of a not-for-profit training organization.
