Mark Butlin

Dr. Mark Butlin is a Lecturer in Education at the University of Southern Queensland's School of Education. He holds qualifications including a PhD and MEd from USQ, alongside a BEd and Graduate Diploma in Theological Education. His research focuses on Education Law, Educational Leadership, and the impact of legal regulations on school leaders, particularly in senior schooling contexts and teacher duty of care.
