Shawna Faber

Shawna Faber serves as an Associate Professor of Teaching in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, and Special Education at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Education. Her research focuses on Adult Learning and Developmental Theory within Education in Medical Settings, emphasizing practical applications in Teacher Education. She specializes in systematic Program Design and Program Evaluation methodologies to enhance educational outcomes across professional training environments.

She is currently not accepting graduate students, reflecting her present focus on pedagogical development and program evaluation rather than direct student supervision.
