Shawn M. Beem serves as the Assistant Dean for Professional Development at Capital University Law School, where he oversees comprehensive professional development programs for over 500 J.D., LL.M., M.T., M.L.S., and Paralegal students alongside alumni. Nationally recognized for innovative career services programming, he holds leadership roles in the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) including past directorship, chair of the LGBT section, and strategic council positions.
