Dr. Shawn Andrews is a Lecturer in the Organization and Management department at the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business. She teaches courses on Women & Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion at Work, and Organizational Behavior, contributing to both MBA and undergraduate programs.
Her educational background includes an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
