Dr. Sharyn Livy serves as a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics Education within the School of Curriculum, Teaching and Inclusive Education at Monash University's Faculty of Education. Her work focuses on enhancing primary mathematics education through teacher development, research, and professional learning programs that promote student-centered instructional approaches.
Her research centers on critical issues in mathematics education including:
- Mathematics anxiety and emotional wellbeing in learners
