Sharon Woodard is Professor of the Practice in the Department of Health & Exercise Science at Wake Forest University. She coordinates the Graduate Teaching Program and teaches undergraduate courses including HES 100: Lifestyles and Health.
Her work focuses on:
- Promoting healthy behaviors among college students
- Developing campus wellness initiatives through WakeWellness program
- Addressing nutrition, physical activity, and substance abuse issues
She actively participates in university committees including the Alcohol Coalition, Policy Group on Rape Education, Prevention and Response (PREPARE), and Student Culture and Human Relationships Committee.
