Shahrzad Hashemi

Shahrzad Hashemi is a PhD Researcher at the School of Communication and Media, Ulster University. Born in Shiraz, Iran, she holds a BSc in Clinical Psychology and an MA in Family Therapy from Shahid Beheshti University. Her work bridges psychoanalytic theory with non-clinical domains such as media studies, education, and medical conditions, focusing on the psychodynamics of cinema and television spectatorship.
