Dr. Shadha Tabatabai is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Indiana Tech's Talwar College of Engineering and Computer Sciences. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. and M.Sc. from Western Michigan University and B.Sc. from Al-Nahrain University. She previously held roles as a Lecturer at Al-Nahrain University and part-time faculty at Western Michigan University. Her research focuses on networking, IoT, and machine learning applications in smart cities and vehicular systems. She is actively involved in developing data management strategies for distributed systems and federated learning frameworks.
