Sez Atamturktur Russcher is a Provost Distinguished Professor at Clemson University, serving as Associate Vice President for the Charleston Innovation Centers (CURI Campus, SC). Previously, he held positions including Department Head in the College of Engineering at Penn State University and multiple professorships across disciplines at Clemson since 2010. He holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.

Research Focus: His work centers on model validation and uncertainty quantification (MVUQ) in structural dynamics and solid mechanics, with emphasis on interdisciplinary systems. He leads a group contributing to SEM and ASME technical communities in MVUQ/VVUQ.
