Sevince Bayrak is an Associate Professor at MEF University's Faculty of Arts Design and Architecture. She earned her undergraduate degree (2005), MArch (2009), and Ph.D. (2014) from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), with a semester abroad at Westminster University (2010). She has served as an external reviewer for graduation projects at ITU, East Mediterranean University, and Artuklu University.

- Collaborated with London School of Economics on Urban Age conference research (2009)
- Exhibited works at MAXXI, MoMA, and MAXXI permanent collection
Her research focuses on architecture, urban design, and public space through innovative design-build methodologies, international collaborations, and theoretical explorations. Notable projects include Sky Spotting Stop (Istanbul, 2013) and Unexpected Hill (London, 2015).
She has lectured at symposiums in London, Magosa, Florence, Rome, and Bordeaux. Her work appears in publications including Architekturführer Istanbul, Huffington Post, and Architect's Journal.
