Severine Chevalier is an Assistant Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Tours, School of Arts and Human Sciences. Her research focuses on workplace quality of life, career transitions, occupational health, psychological resources, leadership, and supervision, with applications across diverse populations such as employees, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and police officers.
