Dr. Seung Paek is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at California State University, East Bay (CSUEB). He joined CSUEB in 2020 after teaching at SUNY Oswego, where he focused on criminal justice, policing, and research methods. His research explores security management, public-private partnerships in policing, and cybercrime. Dr. Paek holds a Ph.D. from Michigan State University, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz.
