Seth McKelvey

Seth McKelvey is a Lecturer in the Department of English at Clemson University, part of the College of Arts and Humanities. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in English from Southern Methodist University (2018, 2016) and dual degrees in English and Magazine Journalism from the University of Georgia (2009). His research focuses on 20th- and 21st-century American literature, contemporary poetry, and political economy, with a thematic emphasis on 'the politics of running away' across cultural forms.
