Seth Hollar

Seth Hollar is an Assistant Teaching Professor at North Carolina State University's College of Engineering. His work focuses on high-technology entrepreneurship with dual emphases on education and market-driven innovation. He holds roles in the Engineering Entrepreneurs Program (EEP), manages the Entrepreneur's Garage, and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence, supporting student entrepreneurs. Professionally, he is the Chief Technology Officer of Wiser Systems, a wireless RF company in the Tech Incubator.

His research spans automated public transit systems (e.g., ecoPRT), multidisciplinary startup education models, and technology commercialization. He teaches a cross-listed year-long senior design course emphasizing startup emulation, customer validation, and team autonomy.
