Seth A. Ament is an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, affiliated with the Institute for Genome Sciences and the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center. He holds appointments in Psychiatry, Genomics, and Neuroscience. His research focuses on genetic and genomic mechanisms underlying brain disorders, integrating single-cell genomics, systems biology, and stem cell models.
