Dr. Seth A. Warschausky is a Professor and pediatric neuropsychologist in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan. He directs the Michigan Adapted Cognitive Assessment Laboratory and serves as Co-Principal Investigator for the NIH-funded Pediatrac Project, conducting longitudinal studies to refine parent-report measures of child development. He earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Wayne State University in 1989.
His research focuses on neuropsychological outcomes in pediatric conditions, with expertise in:
- Cerebral palsy neuropsychology
- Pediatric traumatic brain injury effects
- Sleep disorder impacts in children with cleft conditions
- ADHD and learning disability assessment
Dr. Warschausky directs the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Core within the Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research, supporting clinical trials with developmental and neuropsychological assessment expertise. He holds editorial roles at the Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society, Rehabilitation Psychology, and Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology, and serves on advisory boards for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and Hope for HIE.
