Setenay SEZER

Setenay SEZER is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Art and Design, Graphic Design Department of Doğuş University since 2012. She holds a PhD in Graphic Design and has extensive experience in academia and professional design practice.

• Education: BA in Graphic Design from Halic University, MA in Graphic Design from Halic University Institute of Social Sciences, PhD in Graphic Design from Istanbul Arel University Institute of Social Sciences (Sanatta Yeterlilik).

Her research focuses on Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, and Digital Art, with emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches integrating technology and traditional design principles. She has contributed to numerous group and solo exhibitions, including "KAOS" Solo Exhibition (2017) and "The Colours Of Life" (2024), exploring themes like social concepts and cultural narratives through design.

SEZER has professional affiliations with organizations including All Artists' Association (UESYO), All Designers' Association (TGDD), and Saint-Joseph Alumni Association. She has served as a jury member in national competitions like Nutricia 23rd April Children's Painting Contest (2014).
