Sergiu Cârlig

Sergiu Cârlig is a Senior Scientific Researcher at the Quantum Photonics Laboratory within the Institute of Applied Physics (IFA) in Chișinău, Moldova. His research focuses on advanced materials development, including semiconductor compounds, thin-layer technologies, and optoelectronic devices. The laboratory’s activities emphasize experimental and theoretical studies on magnetic, optical, and luminescent properties of materials, as well as the development of functional transducers and multifunctional devices.
