Leonid Culiuc

Leonid Culiuc is a Professor and Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (ASM), holding a Ph.D. He serves as the Head of the 'Sergiu Rădăuțan' Semiconductor Compound Physics Laboratory and holds the position of Principal Scientific Researcher at the Institute of Applied Physics (IFA) in Chișinău, Moldova. His work focuses on semiconductor compounds, materials processing, and related physical methods. He leads research projects under various national and international programs, including ANCD and STCU initiatives. His laboratory contributes to advancements in photovoltaics, optoelectronics, and solid-state physics.
