Prof. Serdar Bulut is a Full Professor at the Department of Turkish Language Education, Faculty of Education, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. He holds a PhD in Turkish Language and Literature from Adiyaman University (2017) and a Master's degree from Ordu University (2012). His academic career includes roles as Department Head, Director of Research and Application Center, and Deputy Director at multiple institutions.
