Serap Sevimli-Celik is a Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies at the School of Education, Edith Cowan University (ECU). She specializes in play pedagogy, movement education, and child development. Her research focuses on preschoolers' creativity, outdoor learning, and risky play, supported by grants from international organizations like the Jacob Foundation and TASP. She holds a Ph.D. from the United States and prior degrees from Turkey.
