Seraina M. Schilliger

Seraina M. Schilliger is the Program Director of the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Effective Leadership and the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Decisive Leadership at the University of Lucerne's Center for Human Resource Management, Faculty of Economics, in collaboration with the Higher Officer Training of the Army (HKA). With over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and project management in the financial industry, she brings practical expertise to her academic leadership roles.

She holds a degree in four languages from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ).
