Dr. Senem Yetgin is an Assistant Professor at Kastamonu University's Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Food Engineering. She holds a PhD (2013) and MSc (2007) in Chemical Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering (2002) from Inonu University.

Recent publications highlight trends in sustainable packaging, metal soap synthesis, and adsorption technologies using agricultural waste. She has contributed to nanofiber synthesis and environmental toxicity studies.
