Sen Chai is an Associate Professor of Strategy & Organization at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management and a Desautels Faculty Scholar. She holds a PhD from Harvard Business School, an MS from Stanford University, and a BEng from McGill University. Her research focuses on innovation processes from ideation to commercialization, emphasizing failure management and AI's impact on creativity. Prior roles include teaching at ESSEC Business School, a postdoc at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and consulting at Deloitte. She is fluent in French and Mandarin, and an avid traveler having visited over 75 countries.
