Selina Cao

Dr. Selina Cao is a Research Fellow in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Queensland Business School and an ARC Research Fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Synthetic Biology. Her work focuses on innovation ecosystems, particularly synthetic biology commercialization, interdisciplinary collaboration, and stakeholder governance. She chairs the Commercialisation and Translation Advisory Committee at CoESB, shaping research strategy and ecosystem engagement.

Education: PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London (2023). Prior to academia, she worked as a Corporate Associate at DuPont and an auditor at PwC.
