Selena Dolderer

Selena Dolderer is a Lecturer at the University of Groningen, affiliated with both the Faculty of Behavioural & Social Sciences (Psychology department) and the Faculty of Economics & Business (Management department). Her expertise spans Industrial and Organisational Psychology, with a focus on coaching (ACT), change management, psychological safety, and diversity equity and inclusion interventions.
