Selahattin ALTAN is a full-time Lecturer at the Karabük University, Safranbolu Şefik Yılmaz Dizdar Vocational School, where he has worked since 2007. He also serves as the Deputy Principal of the institution since 2012. His academic background includes a BA in Geography from Ankara University (1981–1985).
Research Interests focus on Human Geography of Turkey, Population Geography, and Economic Geography of Turkey, with applied work in Tourism Geography, Quality Assurance, and Information and Communication Technology. His teaching spans courses like Turizm Coğrafyası (Tourism Geography) and Kalite Güvencesi (Quality Assurance).
Scientific Awards:
